Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Unique Sainik Garments, we are committed to providing the best possible products to our esteemed veterans. We understand that circumstances may arise where you might need to cancel an order or request a refund. Please review our cancellation and refund policy outlined below:
Order Cancellation:
Before Dispatch: If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will process your cancellation request and initiate the refund process if applicable.
After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, you may follow the return process for a refund, as mentioned below.
Refund Eligibility:
Product Defects: If you receive a product with manufacturing defects or damage, you can request a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving the order.
Incorrect Product: If you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the order for a replacement or refund.
Size Exchange: If you require a size exchange, you can return the item within 7 days of receiving it. We will provide you with the correct size as per availability or process a refund if the size is not available.
Refund Process:
To initiate a refund or exchange, please contact our customer support team through the provided communication channels.
We may request you to provide photographs of the product’s defect or damage for verification purposes.
Once your refund or exchange request is approved, you will need to return the product to our specified address within 14 days.
The refund will be processed within 7-14 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Non-Refundable Situations:
Change of Mind: We understand that preferences can change; however, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for products due to a change of mind.
Customized Orders: Orders that involve customizations or alterations as per your request are not eligible for refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Please note that the refund amount will be subject to product inspection and evaluation upon return.
